Q How do I set up Direct Deposit of my payroll check?
A After your Bank of Commerce checking application has been approved, you will receive Bank of Commerce's routing and transit number and your account number. If your employer participates in a direct deposit program, simply provide this information to the human resources or payroll department at your company, and your direct deposit will usually begin within thirty days.

Q How do I set up Direct Deposit of my Social Security check?
A After your Bank of Commerce checking application has been approved, you will receive Bank of Commerce's routing and transit numbers along with your personal account number. Simply call 580-252-8070 and have your social security number and account information available to set up your direct deposit right over the phone.

Q Can I get information about my account by phone?
A Yes! Bank of Commerce has two ways of serving you by phone. By calling 580-252-8070 Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Central, you can speak with a customer service representative who will be happy to review your account with you and answer your questions. Also, after hours, or during banking hours by request, you can reach our automated voice response system at 1-888-291-6866.

Q Can businesses have accounts at Bank of Commerce?
A Yes, Bank of Commerce offers business accounts, as well as personal individual, joint or pay-on-death accounts. We update our Products and Services section as new accounts are offered. Q How would I go about canceling my account?

Q Can I open an account if I don't live in the United States? What if I live in the United States but am not a citizen yet?
A At this time, we process applications only from persons residing within the United States with valid US tax identification numbers. If you have questions, contact us, we'd love to hear from you.
