About Bank of Commerce
Started as a vision by founders, Joe Morris and Lynn Vaughn, Bank of Commerce opened in a rented office facility on Main Street in Duncan, Oklahoma in November 1998 as a branch of NBC Bank. On December 16, 2002, Bank of Commerce, owned by Commerce Bancorp, Inc, was issued its state charter by the Oklahoma State Banking Department.
Since 2002, Bank of Commerce has experienced consistent growth and currently serves the communities of Anadarko, Carnegie, Chickasha, Duncan, and Lawton.
Our management, directors and staff are committed to providing quality banking services that fulfill or exceed customer expectations. We welcome our customers to visit our branches, log on to the internet, have a cup of coffee, or just sit and relax by the fireplace. Building relationships is our core purpose, defined by our motto “RELATIONSHIP BANKING”. We look forward to serving the banking needs in each of our communities!
